Thank you DJ Lance Rock.
I'll be glad when summer's over. (3 weeks to go) No more kids shows and maybe an extra hour or so of gaming in the morning before I have to head into work. Gaming update and progress Infamous - Played this for about three nights in a row this week which is an oddity for me. Finished up the Neon District but only have it 90% cleared of enemies. One tiny area left but there's no mission there. I'm trapped in the warrens now anyway. Game is repetitive and frustrating but at times fun. Even if as my wife puts it "This guy got hit with a bomb and now he has electricity powers? That's stupid. Play something else." Half Life 2 - Just got the gun added to my swamp boat and will try and finish off the Water Hazard level tonight. Demons Souls -Played it once. Not sure if I'll go back. Frustating and constant cheap deaths, and since there's no check points or leveling up at the beginning it's all trial and error and luck? Maybe I'll just spend all my money on healing items and spam those. Also played Braid, Deathspank and Burnout Paradise city - But just causually and didnt progress far in any of these. Etrian Odyssey 3 - Defeated Narmer and am ready to start exploring the second stratum. Good times, hopefully I wont hit a brick wall of difficulty soon like in the previous Etrian Odyssey game. |

To get the mission for that little piece of turf that is still with the enemy you have to kill enemys within that spot till one of them glows yellow. You go to the body and it will probibly be a shard search mission (the ones with the picture with the location of the hidden shard package) complete that and the turf is yours

I just got platinum for infamous the other day. It's definitely repetitive and actually, up until the end, playing good is pretty much the same as playing evil and it was annoying. It had its moments, but it took some self discipline to get through it twice.
Of all the games you played, I'd recommend playing through Braid at least. Even if you ignore the story, the puzzles alone are worth it. |
