To get more viewers on a "not so well known cast" you have to offer free stuff. Such as but not limited to, games and such. Do this by putting out a question in the cast at anytime during the show so it motivates people to hear to whole pod.

We used to do that but it felt like we were bribing people. Having listeners as guests really helps. Anyone can be on the show, people seem to like being active participants. Not to say that we won't ever do another contest but it's not our focus. We do appreciate the advice, thanks.
