Now that CAG has finally introduced blogging to the cheapass masses, all I can think of is: welcome to the 21st Century?

Or, more pointedly, just what the world needs: another Internet smartass taking up valuable technological resources to post pr0n and talk shit about politicians and celebrities!

I remember the first time I put up a blog about five years ago. It's sole purpose, to be an Internet diary and photo album for me and my new wife to catalog and document our dog, our rather lavish child-free vacations, and other silliness.

It then graduated into a life blog for our friends and relatives to track our newly born son.

And then with the arrival of our daughter, I basically gave up as I no longer had any time at all to maintain a regular blog, much less the server it was sitting on.

These days, the kiddies are a little older and a little more independent, and I find myself with a little more breathing room to do things outside of the general grind of life.

Games, once neglected in favor of normal life activities like dating and getting laid, have re-entered my life with a vengenance as my primary hobby and escape from the pressures of work, parenting, and husbanding.

But do I have time to blog? Apparently, for this one post, I surely do. And I again, I have to ask myself, does the world need another picture of Britney's bare clam?
