So I was bored and decided to have a first annual Games of my Year awards. This is different from your normal game of the year awards as these awards are going to games that I've played this year as opposed to games that strictly came out this year. So my categories are as follows:

Game of my year - The number 1 game that holds it all above the rest
Surprise game of my year - the game that turned out to be a great game that I did not expect too much from.
Most anticipated game of my year - This one is the game that I just said, I have to play this.
Biggest disappointment of my year - speaks for itself.
most recommended game of my year - the game that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good game.

Next year I might have more categories but for now this is it. so everyday i will be posting a blog on these so keep watch if you care to.
