It's that time of year again. The calm before the storm. A major game release threatening to suck several hours from your life before you know it. Halo 4 drops on Tuesday and after that it will be the featured game here for a few weeks to come. Halo Reach was played a lot by the group I game with so were all looking forward to a little Halo 4 action on Tuesday.

This weekend I'll spend some more time in Guild Wars 2. Liking the game so far and hoping to leave at least at level 25 before Halo consumes all my gaming time. Outside of gaming my son has been gone all week. My parents took him to Disney World for trick or treating this year and my wife being in the third trimester of her pregnancy couldn't make the trip and I wasn't going to leave her behind so its been a quiet boring week without my son there to keep things interesting. Don't know what we ever did before we had him. He should be back tomorrow

Hi DBJ! Long time no see. Back from my self-imposed hiatus from CAG!

I will probably be playing some ACIII, Borderlands 2, and maybe some Halo (either Wars or Reach) to try and make the time pass. Once midnight hits on Monday evening... I don't think I will be playing anything for quite some time

I'm going to put some serious time into ACIII. I wanted to finish it before Halo, but I don't think that's going to happen. With all the releases lately, I have so many half-finished games!

First welcome back Vendetta. Bcoakiot and Vendetta I applaud you. I was going to buy Assassins Creed 3. I like the series I have beaten all the Xbox 360 games and eagerly await starting part 3. But with Halo so close sadly AC3 has been pushed to Mid December at the earliest for me. Kill some Cows for me

Starting Jet Set Radio on XBLA, just wrapped up Retro City Rampage on PSN (it was ok). Need to get back into R&C1 on PS3 as well, I'm about 20% through it and got sidetracked.

Caved and preordered Halo 4. It's gonna be that and ACIII in this household next week

As for this weekend, hopefully wrapping up Suikoden V and putting more time into completing Pikmin 2.

I'm going to see if my gaming life has room enough for both ACIII and Dishonored. The plan was originally to burn through Dishonored and finish it before ACIII hit, but that plan blew up on the launchpad. So those two games will be answer to "What are you playing this weekend?" for the next... well, for the foreseeable future.

I've never been bitten by the Halo bug myself, but I'll still be at Best Buy when they open on Tuesday, picking it up, because my son has been counting down the days until it's release since like July.

Pre-ordered my Halo 4 from Amazon so gotta wait probably an extra week, but that's a true CAG.. won't pay for s&h.

My friend wants to beat Halo: Reach first since he has not, but I want to finish Borderlands with him.

If that doesn't pan out then it'll either be Tenorman's Revenge or Final Fantasy IV.

Late but I will put my input beat Bastion (PC). Currently playing ScaryGirl (PC). Deciding if I should play Sleeping Dogs (PC) or Heavy Rain (PS3). I am a little mixed but I will choose one this week.

I basically stayed home and played games. It was a relaxing weekend.

This week is a little bit more busy.
