Quickie.
After standardized tests, official visits, nights in hotels, cars breaking down, and long hours on the road it's done. I accepted my athletic scholarship for track and field. I've committed and now my schooling is set, and I don't have to worry about the stress of choosing a University. The Toronto Raptors have a motto that I like to follow, "Pound the Rock". You can keep hitting and hitting that rock forever and not see any progress, but after you put the effort and time in that rock is smashed after one last hit. I don't post this to brag about my accomplishments, but as a reminder to everyone to "Pound the Rock", because even if that rock seems strong and solid, you need to keep swinging. |

Congrats! I like the saying "Pound the Rock" I feel it's relevant to my career search since I've been out of school, and I'm still pounding away even though my hands are starting to hurt (LMAO). Hopefully the rock will crack for me soon and inside will be a job offer. :P
Best of luck, work hard, and have fun. |

Great message. I'm happy for your success thus far. College won't be easy though. It will introduce a number of new challenges for you. Make strong relationships, take your course work and athletics seriously, and keep pounding that
