Lol i still have a launch 360 tool. Then i recently upgraded to an arcade and it's so nice. The disc drive opens without me hitting it and I can barely hear it. The little things about it made it worth buying.

This just underscores how pathetic the quality of the 360 is. Don't get me wrong; I love my 360. But still, the machine is just a piece of crap.

Yeah my launch 360 worked till last month. My room was hot so I'm sure that had something to do with it :(
LOL @ getting it right last launch. Well it was better last gen outside of DVD errors, but at the launch the launch xbox's would catch fire if they ran for 24+ hours straight. For my x360 I took off the shell as soon as I got it (who needs warranty, amiright?). RRoD'ed after I was playing for nearly 24 hours straight still, but worked after I let it rest.
