PS3 Network Problems

I having problems connecting to the playstation network. I get this message.
An error has concurred. You have been signed out of the network (error code 80710092). I can not even connect to the playstation network website http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/network I hardly use my playstation and I got a resistance beta code the other night and want to use it. I have googled the error code and did all the port forwarding and turned off the media servers. I cannot figure it out. I hope someone can help. It worked fine before I updated to 2.50. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem as well. |

I think the beta is closed now, can't be sure though. I can connect okay though.

Reset the router and reset the router settings on the ps3.

I did that already did that but I got a telephone # for sony. They will be getting a call in the morning.

I got the same error message after the FIRST time I tried to get online in the beta but afterwards I didn't have any problems. By the way, I had to download an update for the beta. Did you try that?

I was having problems with the PSN yesterday, so maybe a lot of people were having it, haven't tried today, also the Beta close the 30.

Thanks for the advice. I called Sony and they where no help they told me that it was my IP and to call them. i did and they blamed it on sony. I tried again to login today and it worked and I have not changed anything. I still think it was a problem with sony, if I could not get on their website.
