i was playing the game and i notice when i hit the drums i can feel the vibration on my foot that is on the floor and was wondering would my neighbor hear all the bashin?? anyone have any idea on how to make the drum set as quiet as possible?? leave me some ideas.

u live in nyc like me and have rock band 2 like me so the answer is no unless u walls are cheap like plastic
G4 TV had a good video on how to mod your drums with felt to quiet them down... way cheaper than the branded pad covers.

my neighbor came up twice and told me to keep it down, and im not even smashing the heads that hard, pretty sure she is just another one of those b****s

I found that most of the noise for me comes from the kick pedal, but that naturally depends on your technique (I use more of a stomp technique). What I've ended up doing in the past is to just throw something with cushioning like a sleeping bag or foam pad underneath the drumset. The cushioning will absorb a lot of the shock and should help cut down on the noise (especially if most of the noise is coming from the toms). Adjust as necessary.
