It's the same thing really that happens with everything. Someone has a good idea and everyone takes it. when I first heard about they were adding Avatars, I rolled my eyes as I thought they were just emulating Nintendo. I don't do that as much anymore because I realize that sometimes it's a good thing though. As long as a company takes an idea and improves upon it, there shouldn't be a great reason to complain. That's how things are improved upon. Otherwise we'd have a crapload of new inventions that don't work as well as they could.

I kind of like the layout more too. It's easier to move around once you get used to it. The main thing I wished they did is on the dashboard, show what would come up if you pushed down as well as up (the rotating list in the top left corner). Plus I can't change my theme as there's currently no place to go do so.

yeah i agree with the dashboard thing, but usually what happens to me is i get use to new things fast sometimes. like when they changed the facebook layout

Actually I really like the Netflix streaming. This morning it was very unstable but in the afternoon there was an updated patch for Netflix and then everything was very smooth.

Oh you just wait my friend. I guess you haven't seen the themes that are now going for OVER $3. Microsoft has also confirmed that yes, you will be abused for new outfits over the comming weeks.

And sure Rare copied Nintendo's Miis, but they did it much better. I am always happy if the copier does it better than the original. While your avatars are going to be used for actual communication among the party system, the Miis will remain in their plaza. And it's not like Nintendo was the first company to use a cartoon-like character for representation.
