Few sites on the Internet, my own included, truly seek out ways to put the community ahead of the site itself. However, Cheap Ass Gamer is a shining example of how doing just that is a recipe for success. I've admired Cheapy and Wombat ever since I started listening to the podcast, but it wasn't until just recently that I decided that I wanted to be an active member of the CAG community.
Boy, am I sure glad I hopped on the train. In my short time here I've already found some killer deals and have done my part to support the cause of the site by shopping through the links I've found here. While I do have my own blog (
http://stupidgamer.com), and I do write professionally for another site, I imagine I'll be regularly contributing to this community through the forums, this blog, and any other way possible.
I just want to thank CheapyD and Wombat for the solid job they do on the CAGcast and for the thriving and diverse community found here at Cheap Ass Gamer.
