I posted a blog a few months ago about moving to Canada and got some feedback, so I just wanted to give a little update to anyone who might care!

To start, our Visas had some problems when we tried to get our work permits at the border, and we were forced out of Canada (well, they gave us 5 days to get out) and to stay in Michigan for awhile.
Fortunately for me, I love Michigan, and I was born and pretty much raised there, so it wasn't a loss for me at all. I have family there and it was nice to go camping and fishing and what not while I was there.

Well, we decided to stay in MI and live here, so that's where we'll be staying.
It's funny though, the Visas went through thorugh for Canada about a week later after the OK was sent for us to stay in MI.
So, it was whatever, really. At least all my passport and info in updated and if I feel like making a 2 hour drive, I can chill in Canada as long as I want and I assume live there when I want.

In the meantime, while the truck comes and whatnot, I've been staying with family in PA and it's been fun. My sister was pregnant, and just had her baby the day after her 2 year old daughter was born, which is the day after Thanksgiving.
I lived in PA before, so I got to see some old friends and chill and party. :P

I'll be heading back to MI after X-Mas and starting life again. College and jobs will be my first goal. I got my g/f an engagement ring, and will probably give it to her on Christmas Eve. (She doesn't visit these boards, so I am safe). :P

So yeah, it's been a pretty damn busy 4 months, let me tell you.

I know this entry is a tad vague and anti-climatic, but I just wanted to give a quick update for those who actually were interested or are bored and wanted a quick read.

I also had a few people assume I was living in Canada because of my first blog, and refused to trade, so I had to tell them the story.
So now, if it comes up, I have this blog to re-direct them to. XD

All in all, everything is good. I have a lot to accomplish and a lot to do. I also have a lot of 360 games to play, so I'm ready to get settled and make some money.
