lol, believe me, i have been there (getting my masters in computer science now). I also had problems in calc 2, but for some reason calc 3 seemed much easier.

Calc 2 is "Integral Calculus" right? That was the easiest of all the Calcs to me (and I took up to Calc 4). My advice, get a tutor.

Calc 2 drove me crazy because it was the first college class I got a C in (it was based on a curve and my class was really good students). You will get through it.

Hey, I have my first Calc 2 test on Wednesday! Small world. I guess yours is probably different from mine because this first test doesn't seem like it's going to be too hard. All it's covering for me is everything related to vectors, parametric equations, and polar coordinate stuff.

Calc 2 was tough but not impossible. The series stuff is much nicer than trig integrals, integration by parts, cylindrical shells, disks and washers. You have a tutoring center there right? They should be able to help. or PM me. I would love to help a fellow CAG.

calc3 was harder (the course) since the professor actually tested on application problems (using multivaribale diff/intg to find volumes and etc)...calc2 in general (no applications just intg rules) is harder than calc3 (no applications just multi variable rules)

cs, engineering, or math major?

I'm a CS major. Calc 3 isn't required, and I think I'll do much better now that we are wrapping up integrals, trig sub, etc.

Next classes I need to take are:
Discrete Mathematics I
Discrete Mathematics II
Computational Linear Algebra

and I've done a little research on these and they do not seem that bad at all.
