It is my birthday today and, well, I think it's time I showed you guys a before/after pic.
Here is my progress so far! I didn't take any waist pics before, but FYI I didn't fit into my W36 jeans before. I now...well take a look: I currently fit into a W34 size comfortably. Here is my before/after face pic. 01/01/09 and 03/19/09 And I feel pretty good that I can fit into a L MX Express shirt now. Thanks again for support! I am almost done with my diet! Congrats! Don't quit your "diet" when you get to your target though. Just continue to watch what you're eating and try to maintain a healthy balance. You don't want all that weight coming back.

Dude, simply amazing! You look really amazing.
I lost quite a bit of weight last year, and while I've gained some back, it's important to never stop doing what you were doing. Like they say: (I think I saw it on a Lay's chips bag haha!) "Health is a journey not a destination". Great job and enjoy it! |

congrats. since 2007 ive been losing weight as well.. i dropped from 240lbs/XL shirts/42 waist to 170lbs/M shirts/32-33 waist. maybe soon ill post some of my own pics on my blog.
keep it up...!! |
