Recently I have been extremely busy.

I have been trying to keep up with everyone's lowball sales.
I have been trying to keep at least 3 or 4 empty slots in my PM box.
I have been trying to get things packed/shipped and generally better organized after my own lowball sale.
I have been working my ass off at my job to support my family.
I have been trying to spend time with said family when I can.

Now I am also trying to deal with a situation that has arisen where apparently some CAGs are unhappy with their "place" in what used to be my CAG Ratings List.

It was voiced that some people didn't feel they were in the right spot. Another concern was raised that some of my friends were "fighting" (for lack of a better word on my part) with other CAGs for position.
It was also said that people didn't want to voice their concerns or sometimes, even their true opinions, because the didn't want to move down the list.

First of all, as of now, the list has been consolidated into a simple YES (deal with these people) and NO (do not deal with these people) format.

Secondly, even that doesn't mean anything. You want to deal with a "No" and everything seems to be going well? Fine. Do it. This is just a chronicle of my own personal experience and it may or may not be applicable to you.

Here's the thing. This honestly pisses me off.

I'm just a regular guy. Why should any of you hold me in any higher regard?
OK, I "started" the lowball sales.
But not really, as I said in a response to someone (whom I can't remember) long ago when it was said that I wasn't the first person to come up with them; I never said I was. I'm sure that many people have done things like it before. I just thought of it when trying to raise money and it ended up working out. Others liked it as well and it stuck.
Does that make me better than any other people on CAG? No.

Again, I'm just a regular guy that happens to live in a foreign country. This may be interesting, or even exciting to some of you, but it's just a normal, tough to make it through the day, existance for me.
I've always done my best to try and find unique things for people and to build a stronger trading community anytime I could. I really do think that the forums are full of great people. Unfortunately, it's difficult to tell each and every person what a good job they are doing on CAG.

All I'm asking is, don't place unrealistic expectations on me. We can be friends. I'll be friends with anyone that asks. I've never once denied a CAG friend request; feel free.
But just think about why you want to be my friend.
If it's to increase your visibility or standing in the CAG community, then you're doing it wrong.

People always say "Man, you should go hang out with CheapyD!".
You guys put him on a pedestal sometimes. CheapyD is also just a regular guy that happened to make a killer website.
I'm not going to try and invade someone's personal space because they made a great place to interact with others.

People seem to put high-profile people above all others, but I've never really understood it.
I've seen a couple of celebrities in my life, and not once did
I go over and say "Oh my God! It's ~~~! Can I have your autograph!" because, in my opinion, they are also just regular people that want to go about their business in a nice natural way.

Unfortunately, this post has become a rant and a more than likely nonsensical one at that because I'm not thinking too clearly at the moment.

I guess I just want to say that you should all treat each other with respect. Myself, CheapyD, all the
mods, and all other CAG users should all be equals. If you have something to say, you should say it. If dv8mad doesn't like it, then he doesn't like it. That's that.
