Following up on my previous blog Why are female doctors such a pain in the ass?

Got my second opinion when I went to see the head Dermatologist in the same office. When his aide/trainee/whathaveyou agreed with the previous Doctor's notes, I just let it go. Thankfully my Doctor was awesome, in part because I was his patient a long time ago. He listened when I told him Ketoconazole shampoos never worked, checked out my head, saying that it's probably a little more than Seborric Dermatitis, may be something funky and started writing scripts for some cortizone type stuff. Incidentally he gave me an acne medicine, which was a little unexpected but I'm sure I'll use sparingly. Finally it wrapped it up with another cream and a script for diflucan.

All in all I ended up with 5 prescriptions. I'm hoping the next blog will be the conclusion to this annoyance. If it is, those that earned it will get their " you" right in the first paragraph

Part 2 on my 2012 series is all about the 360 and the games I wish to beat on it.

As I was looking at my games and racking my head trying to figure out which ones I'd really like to play the list came out looking like 24,000 hours of RPG with Gears thrown in.
Maybe it's because I'm playing Skyrim and it just makes me want to play a ton of other RPG's (Fallout NV, Tales, etc) that the list ended the way it did or maybe it's just because I own too much crap that I should get rid of and never intend on playing (this is a strong possibility too).


Most of the games that I actually own have pretty much no value so there isn't a whole lot of use to get rid of them for pennies.

Either way, this is all really my first step towards forming an actual backlog instead of just a gigantic f'n list of all the games I own and haven't played.
Because, I do think there is a difference and to me a backlog means games that I really truly think...

I like it. This is Guitar Hero on expert on steroids, but you actually learn to play a real musical instrument and not a plastic controller. There are no penalties for sucking, as far as I can tell. Because as it turns out, learning to play the guitar ain't easy. I paid $30 for it on black friday (amazon $50-20 GOW3 credit). That's what you would pay for 1/2-1 hr of a live music lesson. That's a good deal. For me, it's a better alternative to learning from dvds or youtube. This game is for people who want to learn to play the guitar or get better at it. So in conclusion, I like it. I've spent $30 on a lot worse, this is a smart buy for the aspiring next Jimi Hendrix.

As I was leaving yesterday to go to a 2 year old's birthday party, my wife and I were stopped by someone knocking at our door. A man stood in our doorway in a yellow coat and his name was Ben. He was a member of a near church and was informing people of a get together on December 21st.

Now, I'm an atheist, and I don't particularly care what other people believe. As long as they keep it to themselves and don't try to force the beliefs down someone else's throat, I'm perfectly fine. Unfortunately for me, Ben was not this individual.

"Do you believe in an eternity?" was the first question he posed. So I answered honestly. "No, sorry, I don't. My wife does, but personally I don't".

Oh lord did I open the wrong can of worms with that. As my wife headed to the car so we could leave, he then decided to converse with me how God was like a painter. You don't see the paintings being done, so when one is complete, how do you know someone...

Hey Everyone ~It's been a busy few months for me, work-wise and life-wise so it's been a while since I've checked in with an update to the saga of my life. I'm doing great, health-wise and otherwise. I haven't had much gaming time in, other than to recently purchase an Xbox 360 and I'm still learning my way around it since I've always been a Sony girl.

I thought I had heard the last of Jack-Hunter from my last entry, but my efforts of blocking him online haven't been a total success. He creates new entities and evades my blocks on another site where I have a profile to contact me. He even went as far as to ask my daughter a few months ago if I had a boyfriend and she told him she didn't divulge my personal information and to ask me himself. Total creeper/stalker. When he does evade my blocks to contact me, I'll speak to him for a few moments before he returns to his negative ways, and then I reblock him again. I've even had him booted off of/suspended from another...

Now now, I know what you are thinking if you follow the MiNuN's weekly blogs released on Mondays.

Well, yes & no, this is a trick question, I bought both DSes on the same day ! One in-store (N3DS) and the other one had to be shipped.

Also when I blog, I only release them one per week, every Monday if possible!

I actually have been eye-ing this DSi for a long time (I have a complete collection now! Scroll down below to see collection picture!), since 2008 I think ? But I never found the chance to spend money to buy it, so when I decided on my N3DS, I thought I might as well buy this one as well .

The price wasn't bad either, considering it was an import from Japan, which is all sold-out now, I think I paid $169 USD.

The console is also region-free...

Another Christmas classic! Jack Frost is the heartwarming tale of a serial killer brought back to life as a giant mutant snowman. It has to be seen to be believed.

As many of you know, I was married once, and it ended rather badly. I had blogged the whole ordeal, and there still may be some posts floating around from a few years back. I won't go into details, suffice to say my ex-wife is a cunt and only sees our daughter once a year.

That said, I went through a rough patch, with a few psychotic, cheating bitches along the way. And then I met Sam.

Long story short, she is perfect in every way. She is everything my ex wasn't, and more. We have the same taste in everything, from sick sense of humor to a deep love of music. My daughter loves her, and has recently started calling her mom (on her own, not pressured to do so).

After a few years together, I decided to make it clear that I wanted to be with her forever. This past September, we had tickets to see the Dropkick Murphys during their Shamrock 'n' Roll Festival, who happen to be her favorite band.

If I was you, and you were me, you'd wanna be winning. That's the subject of this blog becoz last weekend I went to Las Vegas!! LAS VEGAS!!! and boy was it one depressing trip lol. I went becoz my mom wanted to get out of the house and it being the long Thanksgiving weekend I had the time to take her somewhere nice. Although there's nothing real nice about watching her and my sister collectively lose over $400 in penny slots over the course of a day. Not that I'm a loser by any means, I pulled in a modest $180 in blackjack earnings. But that's beside the point, I hate slots and will never play them... unless they hook me in with a gimmick like this:

It's nearing the end of December and I'm watching the Giants try to make a come from behind victory and be THE team who destroys the hope of the undefeated much like they did a few years back.

So I'll have a series of articles detailing what I would like to accomplish for the coming year.
A big focus, of course, will be on video gaming.

This year I've come pretty close to meeting my gaming goal of beating 20 games - though right now I am just shy at 18 completed.
I fear my year will end that way because all I really want to play right now is Skyrim - so trying to work in 2 other games probably won't happen.

Nicks just caught a Touchdown pass and they need a 2 point conversion to tie the game with about a minute left - This play is HUGE.
Will Rogers have a shot at a final drive or will it be knee it out time.

The Strip: This strip is really about anxiety. Its a frequent topic of debate betwixt myself and my wife. Apparently she wants to go places where there are other people and interact with them. This seems to be a common thing among her species. Me...I don't like it, and feeling like I have to go to mount doom isn't to far off from how I actually feel about it.

Gaming: So we finally picked up our Kinect with Fruit Ninja, and Gunstringer. We of course picked up the obligatory dance game...specifically Dance Central 2. We spent nearly the entire day taking turns dancing our sweet bootays of. The kids both love it as well.I suggest picking one up if you have larva of your own. My qualm with Dance Central 2: It has a relatively small track list, and you can import the songs from the first iteration of the game for a small fee of 400 microsoft points...but only if you have actually purchased...

Hello pals, I've got a fresh popped episode of BevNerd and contest for y'all!

I received some samples of Halfpops, partially popped popcorn snacks, for this review. They are the pieces of popcorn in between the kernel and fully popped stage.

Halfpops come in two flavors. Natural Butter & Sea Salt and Aged White Cheddar.

I just picked up the new PS3 remote thinking it would be nice over the previous model, since that one was fairly useless seeing how it only controlled the PS3. The new one controls my PS3, Sony Bravia and Sony surround sound... only problem is the remote kinda sucks.

My main issue is you have to constantly switch between device on it. It has a PS3, AMP and TV button. i can't use the PS3 circle button to turn on the PS3 unless i turn the controller on to PS3 devices first. That's two button pushes. Then to turn my volume i have to switch to AMP. If i don't, it attempts to adjust the volume on my TV. Needless to say, the set-up does not work for me. I'll probably return it. That's all i have to say about that.

Driving around in southern nh i've seen a license plate that every time i've gone and taken a picture of, the picture always comes out blurry or it's raining and i catch my windshield wiper blocking the plate.

Listening to the latest CAGcast i pull up to a line of cars waiting at a light that just turned red. And what do i see? the license plate i've been trying to capture a picture of sitting right in front of me. YES! Quickly snapped a picture with my phone.

Gaming 11/27-12/2

1 Hour: Toy Story 3: Spent a bunch of time in the toy box again. Got a gold trophy for taking like 10 pictures for the penguin. Can't complain.
1 Hour: Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary: I'm still on the second level (Halo) and one of the achievements is to not use any vehicles to beat it. This is making it take a long time. I might be farther along except I forgot how to grenade jump and had to relearn to make it past a part without a warthog.

I was only able to hit 2 hours because I spent the week with family in town still and finishing up my internship. I have to go finalize everything with the teacher monday and then school should be done for good. It will be so nice to have a lot of free time. Family is still in town for another week, so it will probably be another slow one, but hopefully I can sneak some stuff in somewhere.
