I will begin by explaining my relationship with these indie/cheap/small/minature/mobile 'games'. I dislike them . I feel like they are for the casual public whom does not play games on the consoles or P.C. And it works, people who generally do not play games are putting these games on their devices. To me they are a waste of money, because you would think free or low-cost (excluding sales and discounts) games generally means low quality with hardly any effort put within them, which is not for us core gamers who look for art, plot, game-play etc...but as Miss.GameNChick tells me, these days indie games could be far more playable than retailed games. That would explain why big name companies wants to get in the action by making smaller games of series they already have . The thing about these type of games is that there...

For those who is asking who the hell is this "Yoshi-P" dude? Well, Naoki Yoshida is the current head director of Final Fantasy XIV Online


Let me tab in some information about Yoshi-P and why he is worthy enough that I am contributing a blog to him. He got thrown in to clean up the mess called FFXIV Online, NOT ONLY did he get the team to fix all the bugs (oh boy, there was a huge amount of them) but he also got the team to patch it up to make the game enjoyable...NOT ONLY THAT, he got the team to secretly work on a brand new FFXIV Online while fixing and patching the original, now that is unheard of, patching and fixing the original FFXIV...

No matter where I lived, my place was always the place to hang out at for the guys (and sometimes girls) since grade school. When I lived in the family house I had the attic to myself, so it was extremely spacious. I moved out when I was 17, half a year till 18 years old. I am currently renting out a basement that is pretty good in price, location, and available services such as internet, cable, washing machines etc...I have rented this place for 4 years and now looking for a new place to rent. But! The point is I always had a place for people to chill.

Of course, I have acquaintances, meetings with people, random people overall that comes over once in a blue moon...but I really want to focus on the guys that has been with me since grade/high school and come over often. You know, your buddies!

I guess owning every console and buying the maximum...

As you all may know, or not know. I am one of four nominees for Best CAG Blog 2012.

Now, I know it is pretty obvious that I am not as popular as the other three nominees, meaning my chances of winning is pretty much...none , I will vote for myself regardless, yes, that is what I will do . If I had to choose one besides myself, DJB is my choice, just for blogging about games more than personal life .

Following my "Seriously Sony" blog, it has been a full week since I called customer service and I have not received any new codes.

Two days ago an old class-mate of mine that is a huge PS3 user, through Facebook, told me to redeem the code on PSN's site; https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwo...n-ca/home/main.

I did not know this site existed.

It worked, thank you old class-mate.

Now, after I could not redeem the codes on my PS3, the first thing I tried was to redeem on the website, going to the Playstation site, I expected the site to have a redeem code option, nope, not one in sight, it says PSN and everything, but no redeeming code option, it is just not as convenience as me logging on to xbox.com

Turns out there is a whole separate site just for the PSN store, and it is not...

So, one day, I stumble upon the title "Geek" & "Love" together.

I happen to be a Geek/Nerd/whateverILOVEGAMES&ANIME, actually I think the perfect word to describe me would be Otaku.

Anyhow, since I considered Geeks as my people and I am fairly interest in romance topics, I decided to follow the YouTube series "Geek Love" by START.

I am an un-bias gamer, I buy all consoles and have love for good games, I use and I know whats good, Sony has been really shitty to us gamers after PS2, they just keep giving me reasons to dislike them out of nowhere.

It is not lie that fan-boys is what keeps up their sales because last generation 360 is definitely the better console and if you look at whats out now it is something like this for me

This all started on Wednesday, March 27th 2013 to be exact .


I recently moved in with my mom and needed to buy an extension cord, so I went to the nearest mall to get it (It was my first visit to that mall). I noticed an EBgames there and the smallest Toys R Us I have ever seen, it was called "Toys R Us Express" and it only had one employee! One employee!

Anyways, after I got what I needed, being the gamer that I am with nothing in mind to purchase, I went inside EBgames just out of curiousity (To check if they stock on collectors without pre-ordering) to see if they had any Bioshock: Infinite collectors edition for sell, they did have a Xbox 360 cancelled order for sell but they won't stock on collectors edition unless people pre-order in this city (Which I think is super lame ). I asked...

I forgot how much I made the first time I did it nearly 2 years ago, but I think this time around, the amount is less.

My pick up blog on Tomb Raider was a bit short so here is one on my impression to make it more filling

To be honest, I did not even plan to play this game, let alone 100% it (I totally regret not getting the collectors!), but when I popped it in for that first half an hour, I was hooked.

Sure, there are some stuff you can nit-pick about it, but you will find that it won't actually be a bother, if anything, it is because you want it to be...

This wasn't really one of my goals at start, but it turned out to be after I realize how fast leveling is in the game, Halo 4 is my game to play while FFXIV is down and getting ready for the reboot relaunch.

I am a big-time Halo fan, I love console gaming more than PC gaming, but dedicating myself to an MMORPG kinda takes majority of that away, so I am glad the game went down for some time and I can not believe I actually capped in Halo 4 before FFXIV comes back!

I am extremely pleased with this.

I am up for a fun game anytime I am not working!

This is going to be a short blog because all I did was literally purchased it and left it sitting there =( (time, time, time...)

To be honest I have stopped buying games for a while, just game consoles are my priority, with my gaming time focused on Halo 4 in till FFXIV:ARR is released, I do not really have much time for other games with work in the way.

I didn't want to buy this at all, that is why I did not pre-order the collector's edition (Does anybody else hate the fact that the only way to get a collector's or limited edition is to pre-order now? EBgames here refuses to stock them)

But Tomb Raider just wouldn't get off my mind, when I passed by an EBgames after eating at a restaurant, I decided to pick it up, of course I regret not getting the collector's =(...but here it is

I am not sure if you guys read my last week's blog or not, but to slightly follow up, I am going to share my list of hobbies that clears my mind.

5. Spending fun/happy time with friends or family; I have fun for as long as it last, but when people leave, I find myself with a smaller portion of the stressed thoughts gone.


4. Sleep; I find that sleep completely relaxes me and successfully lower any negative emotions/thoughts after waking up.


3. Video Games; This is a double-edge sword, sometimes when I am tired I just need to destroy some people online and winning makes me feel great, but if I am playing with thoughts and feelings ...

I just pushed out a pretty bummed out blog, so to make up for it, I will show you guys what I drew for my girl.

I am not an artistic person at all, my art talent = 0 and negative under!

But I knew she liked her WiiU and liked using Miiverse.

So I wanted to draw a picture for her on Valentine's Day, using this as an example and a picture of herself (mainly for her hair).

Because I have no art talent (my writing looks like chicken scratch), I had to keep looking at the picture and my WiiU's gamepad, back and forth, it took me at least an hour and a half, it kept looking ugly to me, even when I finished, it still looked ugly to me, but I tried lol.

But she said it was awesome, then it started to look good to me, my friends saw what I drew since...

Well, I just wanted to make an announcement that I have took the advice left in the comments section and will be manually publishing my blogs so it will not appear on the front page even though it is not published.
