First off before you grab the torches and the pitchforks hear me out. So the argument has been for the last 2 years, World War II is played out and no one cares anymore. That may be a valid statement and the main argument you have is the the jump from COD2 to COD3. (Call Of Duty2-3) These games were almost the same and very little was done to change the formula. The same would be the addition of a Call Of Duty 5 set in modern times. We would get the same game with 1 or 2 new features. COD5 will be a great filler between the games that are set to be developed by Call Of Duty 4 developer, Infinity Ward. Now COD4 was an amazing game not only with the epic single player but also the engrossing multiplayer.
