So my flight for my business trip left at 6:50 am so I had to get up at 4:30 to get ready, drive to the airport, park the car, etc.

Add that to the fact that my daughter was up half the night crying and I think I am running on about 2 hours sleep.

I made it through work without falling asleep due to sheer caffiene intake, but I'm crashing now.

I did manage to get in a few games of Space Invaders Extreme on the flight in. Awesome, awesome game.

I also kept up with the Microsoft conference via the liveblogs on joystiq and kotaku. Some interesting stuff (install to hard drive option = YES!) but not a whole lot of surprises, although FFXIII was a pretty big announcement.

Can't wait to see what Nintendo brings to the table tomorrow. Will the new attachment for the Wii Remote factor in?

...$1.40 after some trade-ins so not bad at all. Now I can finally check out the game that everyone has played and probably moved on from.

One thing I will say is that I absolutely suck at this game. This is my first true console FPS game, excluding the Metroid Prime series, and I have to say that using the dual analog sticks is taking me a long time to get used to. MP3 was as easy as pointing and shooting and trying to get the right sensitivity and finesse on the sticks is pretty hard for me right now. I hate to think of what is going to happen when I go online.

I just realized that I will be on a business trip Monday - Wednesday next week so no live E3 feeds for me

Oh well, I guess I'll just sift through all of the info in my hotel room at night.

On another note, I've been playing GTA 4 in Free Mode online lately and it is more fun to me than any of the other modes. Just seeing some of the stuff you can do, espeically with Friendly Fire off, is pretty hilarious.
