The trials and tribulations of starting your own business. (Advice needed!)

I find it's often better to write things down when your in the middle of doing something important. The beauty of a site like this is that I can write things and people who I do not know and will never know can give me honest, and helpful advice.
Me and a few of my friends are trying to start our own business. Nothing crazy .. nothing that will replace our real jobs, just a side thing that we can share. A project that will allow us to be creative. A project we don't see us making any money off of .. a hobby. We are struggling with 'business plans' which is a very loose way to describe our group discussions. We have the domain name we want (Actually used CAG and GoDaddy for that!) but we don't know who we should be hosting with. We are thinking wordpress just because their site creation seems easy enough. None of us know HTML or much about running a web site, so any advice that can be had on that front would be helpful. Any suggestions on alternatives to wordpress,... |

6 Hour Challenge - How much money can I make online

Supp CAG.
Ive been thinking about doing this for a while, and Im finally inspired enough to give it a shot. So here is the deal .. For 1 day, I will spend 6 hours ( a full work day ) working my ass off online to see how much money I can really make. I'll complete surveys, take tests, try some referrals and anything else I come across. The one problem is figuring out what sites are legit and which ones blow. Thats why I made this blog post, I need suggestions. So if you guys could give me a rundown of sites that work and are FREE ( no signup cost / no trial offers / no CC number ) Im willing to do all the registering and prep work required before hand so that 6 hours is solid work time and not wasted. Thanks in advance, and If I can get a few good enough sites that make this really worth it I'll be sure to post a follow up blog to tell yall how it went. |

RIP Steve "The Air" McNair.

A NFL legend passed away today, and I didnt see it here on CAG so I thought I would dedicate my first blog to the great Steve McNair. I have absolutely NO geographical reason to be a fan of his, but he was always one of my favorite players to watch .. He played with such heart and grit, it seemed like he was always injured but refused to be taken out of the game... A real NFL warrior.
Its been a sad couple of weeks as a lot of great people passed away .... go join Billy Mays, Air. ![]() |
