Finally picked up a new controller! |
|
Being that I play more fps games than anything else, the MS controllers don't hold up long. My last one was barely 3 months old and it started having the same issues as the others. Right stick walking, and the left stick wouldn't make my character run at times. Add the mushy triggers and there you have it.
Anyway, I began my search on controllers and spent probably a good week going over all the pluses and minuses between the ones I looked at. The Mad Catz ones looked decent, and I liked some of the features, but they just didn't seem to hold up long based on user reviews. That left me with 2 options. Scuff and Fusion. I know scuff cranks out some bad ass controllers, but the prices are what somewhat drove me away. My last option was the Fusion Tournament Edition Controller. I really liked what I saw, and the controller has a lot of good reviews. So I grabbed some of my old 360 controllers and headed to gamestop to trade them... |

With so many good games that have came out, I feel that I will never catch up on what I have. Why? Because like most, we always want something else. Especially when you find a deal on it. Anyway, I don't know how or where to start to finish up some games before something else comes out and I have to get it as well
Right now, this is where I stand with the games I currently want to finish, just not sure in what order ![]() AC3 Dark Souls Dishonored Dragons Dogma Halo 4 MOH: Warfighter The Witcher 2 I have several others, but the above are on top of my list. I also know Dark Souls, Dragons Dogma, and The Witcher 2 are going to take the longest to complete, so maybe I should knock out the lesser first. My reason for wanting to do this is because I want to be able to enjoy the games I plan on purchasing next year without looking at the ones that have been here for months and feeling guilty |

Zombie Apocalypse? Could it happen? Would you be prepared? :) |
|
First things first. Zombies come in two flavors: fast and slow. Fast are definitely cool, but you'll need more than a baseball bat and a pair of running sneakers to survive that zombie attack. Slow zombies - well why the heck would anyone die from a slow zombie? If you can't get away from a slow zombie, you earned dismemberment. Let's suppose that you made it through the first 10 minutes of the zombie-fest, and while most of your town is looking for live flesh to feast on, you're wondering how to hot-wire a car and get out of town. You need a plan of action... Preparing now for zombiedom is a good idea. Remember what the TV preacher said, "When hell is full, the dead will walk the earth." So it's bound to happen sooner or later. Since it would look wierd if you started bricking up your windows and stockpiling rifles, you have to... |

World Ending? Fact or Fiction? Let's read a little about it...

Remember the Y2K scare? It came and went without much of a whimper because of adequate planning and analysis of the situation. Impressive movie special effects aside, Dec. 21, 2012, won't be the end of the world as we know. It will, however, be another winter solstice.
Much like Y2K, 2012 has been analyzed and the science of the end of the Earth thoroughly studied. Contrary to some of the common beliefs out there, the science behind the end of the world quickly unravels when pinned down to the 2012 timeline. Talk of the Mayan calendar ending in 2012? Well, Just as the calendar you have on your kitchen wall does not cease to exist after December 31, the Mayan calendar does not cease to exist on December 21, 2012. This date is the end of the Mayan long-count period but then -- just as your calendar begins again on January 1 -- another long-count period begins for the Mayan calendar. Talk of Earth being hit by a meteor in 2012? The Earth has... |
