Just thought I'd share some pictures from E3. This was my first year going and I had a blast. Seeing everything in person is (of course) much more exciting than just reading about it. Thankful to my employer Windows Phone Central for the opportunity to attend!

Had a rough time trying to get in touch with Sega today. I write for WPCentral and I needed to ask them something about Super Monkey Ball, which comes to Windows Phone 7 next week.

Their website does not have any contact info besides one of those horrible support issues sections that's zero help. So I found their address, then phone number, and called 'em up. The phone system has an option for public relations, but when you pick it, it just gives an error message.

Next I tried the operator, but she wouldn't just transfer me to the department. I had to know the name of someone in PR, which of course I didn't since their site doesn't have that kind of info. So I hopped online and found the names of a couple of PR people via Google searches. Got the operator to transfer me to one, but he didn't answer the phone.

Sure, they pretty much combined me and Vegetto into one character and changed the setting to Japan, but otherwise it's fairly accurate.

I don't care if ya like IGN or not. They run their FAQs section very well and of course they're just really popular, so this was cool:

I watched all 3 Blu-Rays in order in one night. My review deals primarily with the third movie as it closes the trilogy (for now).

The first film is an exciting, scary movie that's somewhat similar to the games but different from most zombie movies. Zombie humans, zombie dogs, and a computer-generated Licker all threaten the heroes, who are investigating a viral outbreak in an underground research lab. The movie introduces butt-kicking Alice (played by Milla Jovovich), who is not in the games. She ends up being the glue that holds this trilogy together as each film is quite different from the others.



2 remains my favorite because it's just the most fun. The comic relief is appreciated and I like some of the situations that occur, like the tense church scene. It's also the closest to the games out of the 3 movies. However the writing is dumb at times, such as the graveyard...
