I am a huge fan of all things Trek, and this movie kicked Romulan ass. Even if you don't know jack about Star Trek, this movie has something to offer almost everyone.

Got an achievement on KOF XII to put me over.

Yeah, I know a lot of people have way more than that, but considering I work almost 60 hours a week and have little free time, and I don't boost, it is satisfying. I haven't completed 1000/1000 on any game yet. I have over 1000 on Halo 3 (thanks to DLC) and I have over 700 on NBA 2K9. I think the only other game I have over 500 on is Soul Calibur IV. I downloaded a lot of arcade games and have 200/200 on Pac Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Man CE and Galaga.

Most disc games I really don't have the desire to complete to 1000 just because the effort to get some obscure achievements isn't worth it or its too hard.

Not bad at all. I wasn't sure at first, but I like it. Could use a little more variety, but still cool.

Now that wasn't the real reason it was locked but...

The first title I watched was The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. The story involves a high school girl, Makoto, who loves to throw the baseball with a few friends and is a fairly average girl. Through an accident she litteraly has the abilty to take a running leap back in time. The movie starts with some fun, light comedy and progresses to a more dramatic tone. At first she uses her ability for benign things, but she progressively has things occur in her life that affect people around her that she want to set right. The problem is that you never know what those changes bring. in the future.

In the last year I have bought quite a few electronics and it seems as if underneath all the glossy exterior lies pieces of shit.

Now don't get me wrong, I know buying cheap means lesser quality, but when things fail before the end of the warranty is even close, something is wrong.

I've had my Elite receive the RROD after 13 months, my Vizio Plasma failed six months after I bought it, and I just bought a phone that didn't work the first day out of the box.

It doesn't end there.

I've had a pair of Reebok's split on the side, a DVD player that refused to open so I had to take it apart to get a DVD out, a Xbox 360 headset that failed, an MP3 player that didn't work after a week, a change counter that doesn't count accurately...

Now, I know that is why the warranty is there and return policies, but doesn't it seem like product quality in a lot of things has gone down since manufacturers started using cheaper labor overseas?...

If you quit, you suck. Plain and simple. Don't play the game anymore if you can't take an ass whipping.

I know it isn't technically winter, but you know what I mean. It's just a dusting, and it is only covering some grass, but I love the snow and I'm glad we have a little. Living in Collinsville, VA means that snow can be hit or miss. That used to be a large wooded area until this summer when they cut most of it down.

I really don't see how it could go much further down, but you never know.

At any rate, I still don't see people rushing to get this cheap gas. I really think people have made changes in their habits and are sticking to them.
