Fable 2

I read and watched every bit of information on Fable. Like most people, I was disappointed with the finished product. So outside of watching a promo trailer for Fable 2, I have been on a media black out. That being said, I wrapped up Fable 2 last week - what a great game. For me Fable 2 is really what Fable was supposed to be, if you have played both games, looking at plot and gameplay, it is the same game. About 2 hours into the main story, it clicked in: "Hey I have played this game before". So outside of reliving the same story, this was everything I wanted Fable to be. If you have not played either game, read all the hype for Fable and just play Fable 2.

Triming the Fat.

By Stuttering Billy 01-03-2009 06:48 PM

It's the same story over and over again... as companies grow, so does the fat. The "fat" is always flashy, money pits for...

Sunshine

By Stuttering Billy 12-31-2008 02:57 AM

I skipped Sunshine when it came to theaters because I thought the premise of “restarting the sun” sounded a little too ‘Bruce-Willis-Armageddon’ to me. But, last night I got around to watching it - this film is beautiful! From the opening scene until the credits, this movie sucked me in. Unlike every other thriller I have seen, Sunshine uses blinding light to build suspense. There were scenes where I was squinting along with the characters trying to see what was just beyond the light. The contrast of a cold, mechanical ship in the blackness of space mixed with blinding, hot beams of light make for an ominous setting. I found myself being hypnotized by the music and imagery of Sunshine. Looking back I feel a little silly because I had the same wonder and mystery as the cast. The actual plot of the movie (while not bad), comes second to the visual and audio treat this movie is. Off the top of
