New Comic! Innovative (Xbox One)

Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/innovative/ This comic may seem like I'm not impressed and not excited by the Xbox One. The opposite is true as it looks exactly like what I would expect the next generation of my beloved console would be. More power, more…um poly-thingies, more complete and intuitive user experience (not to mention a great platform for letting people watch you masturbate in hi-def.) The thing is, I really didn't see any innovation proper and it seemed to be the idea on which they revealed the system. Now, there isn't ben anything really wrong with that either, I just found it funny. Especially the Call Of Duty: Ghosts section. It was an impressive tech demo if, in fact, the game does look that good. If past releases are indication, it will not. They did say that having customizable characters and interactive, dynamic environments was also "innovative." We all know that stuff has been around... |

New Comic! Not Positive

|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/not-positive/ Panel two very well may be my favorite drawing of Aggro ever. The thing about this strip is, to some degree it's true. I am both one of the most optimistic and somehow the most pessimistic person I know. I believe I can do anything until it actually comes to doing it. I wonder how to fix that? Anyway, happy Monday, Javis |

http://legacy-control.com/comic/cryptid/ Ah, a cryptozoologists greatest nightmare…or dream, depending on the cryptozoologist. THis comic, it just makes me giggle a lot. Yes, I am a very mature person with grown up sensibilities. Chupagallo…[chuckle, giggle, snort]. Friday anyone? Javis |

NeW Comic! He Reigns

|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/he-reigns/ Now I am not saying anything negative about Christianity and/or Christian music. My wife can confirm that I, in fact, sign this song at least once a day. This and any and all CHristmas music. It's a fact. I really do love this song because it can hang with any death metal song (lyrically). Here is a sample of the actual lyrics: Our God Is An Awesome GOd by Rich Mullins When He rolls up His sleeves He ain't just putting on the ritz (Our God is an awesome God) There's thunder in His footsteps And lightning in His fists (Our God is an awesome God) And the Lord wasn't joking When He kicked 'em out of Eden It wasn't for no reason That He shed His blood His return is very close And so you better be believing that Our God is an awesome God Our God is an awesome... |

New Comic! Not Alone

|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/not-alone/ When I was a kid, I used to have to sleep with some sort of ambient sound. I had to know that there was something going on while I was sleeping, not that everything was quiet and still. As an adult, I use beer. Happy Friday! Javis |

New Comic:! Ride Along
By myopicprophet 05-07-2013 10:37 PM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/ride-along/ I'm almost positive she is violating a bunch of laws. No helmet, only one hand controlling the vehicle…and I'm certain that bikini violates…something. Am I the only one or did we all imagine something flying along side of the car when we were kids (still do)? Happy Wednesday, Javis |

New Comic! Cyclopean
By myopicprophet 05-06-2013 09:57 AM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/cyclopean/ Which is the scarier prospect…Failure or success? For me…I can't say for sure. It seems like in my life, when I'm on the precipice of success "something" happens and sets me back. I am begining to think this is some sort of defense mechanism on my part. So, any guesses on what i've been reading? May your Monday be free of nightmare beasts, Javis |

New Comic! Here They Cum
By myopicprophet 05-02-2013 09:28 PM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/here-they-cum/ Now I'm not bashing atheism, nor do I consider myself an atheist. I'm an agnostic. Or as my friend Corey often says "Agnostics are just Atheists with no balls." Also, a big thanks to Corey for pointing me to Mr. Dawkins for this joke. I think there may be a Glob though. My God smile upon your Friday, Javis |

New Comic! Polar Opposite
By myopicprophet 04-30-2013 09:46 PM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/polar-opposite/ I am totally speaking from experience on this one. I was once with a negative girl. It was an epic adventure. Little known fact, "nega-chicks" have a mastery over time and space. Though this sounds like the powers of a god it does gives them a certain "edge" in the old bedroom. I don't know what I'm talking about. Wednesday is a day. Javis |

New Comic! Beautiful and Terrible
By myopicprophet 04-28-2013 10:36 PM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/beautiful-and-terrible/ It's true, things that are good or beautiful fill instill a sense of foreboding in me. How can it exist here or more specifically, how can I witness it or be near it without something going terribly wrong? I know what you're thinking and yes, I tend to cheer people right up when I enter a room. The thing is, my wife has proven me wrong, because, well, she is still with me Monday until you can't Monday any more. |

New Comic! Under Glass
By myopicprophet 04-25-2013 09:17 PM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/under-glass/ It seems that my detachable penis is far too convenient for this situation. It almost makes me wonder if its normal to be able to unscrew your wang. Now I will say it's not REALLY like this at the Ray compound since I've become a trophy husband but there is a whisper in the wind of a change. A slight power shift. Not that I had any real power before…she has just wrestled from me the modicum of power (even if only falsely perceived) that I clung to. May Friday squirt lovingly in your eyes. Javis |

Control Freaks Review: Injustice: Gods Among Us
By myopicprophet 04-25-2013 09:21 AM
|
|
Full disclosure: I have no affection towards the DC Universe, nor do I have any love for “Mortal Kombat”, which “Injustice” is, just without the ultra-violence. The characters in DC always seemed so dated and dull compared to the cool kids over at Marvel, while the “Mortal Kombat” franchise has always felt stiff, shallow, and seemed to always hold onto its fanbase using its outlandish characters and promise of unrestrained gore, rather than by building a deep, rich, and satisfying fighting game.
So, you may ask, “Why should I listen to a guy who clearly has no interest in this game? He doesn’t like DC and he doesn’t like ‘Mortal Kombat’. Screw his opinion.” Well, I have a very deep love of fighting games and it turns out that I actually quite like “Injustice”. It’s definitely the best game Netherrealm Studios has ever put out, though that doesn’t mean it isn’t without some major faults. If you’re oblivious to Internet video game gossip and disconnect yourself... |

New Comic! Life of wealth
By myopicprophet 04-23-2013 07:32 PM
|
|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/life-of-wealth/ My personal collection consists of Bea Arthur tentacle porn. I'd say "google it for yourselves" but I know your already typing. So Dead Island: Riptide is out and I plan on playing until my fingers become zombies. I will let you all know what I think as soon as I've given it a fair shake. From what I have read so far it's "more of the same" and that is EXACTLY what I want, as I loved the shit out of it's predecessor. May your Wednesday fulfill your every fantasy, Javis |

By myopicprophet 04-21-2013 10:22 PM

Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/f-t-w/ This guy is an insensitive jerk. He should've just had her killed, or perhaps forced her to get plastic surgery until he was attracted to her, or better still, just got a few mistresses. Some guys are so selfish. Monday like it's 1999 (I don't know what that means), Javis |

Control Freaks Review: Evoland
By myopicprophet 04-19-2013 06:14 PM
|
|
I’ve said it once before and I’ll say it again; nostalgia is a powerful thing. Retro gaming is expensive and “in”, every Tom, Dick, and Jane has the theme from “Super Mario Bros.” set as their ringtone, and half of the indie scene utilizes pixel art as an attempt to tug on your childhood heartstrings and get you interested in their game.
“Ooooo, it looks old, I should buy this!” Well, I think it may be getting old, but that doesn’t mean I necessarily hate it. Nowadays, it just pays to be more discerning about which retro-inspired games you should invest in. After all, we, as gamers, are consumer whores and we certainly whore it up with the best of ‘em when it comes to pixel art. In this case, “Evoland” takes the idea of nostalgia and adds a bit more flair to it by taking us on a tour through the ages of gaming, and lets us experience its history in a scant few hours. Is it worthy of being our tour guide or would we be better off sightseeing... |

Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/changing-lives/ My sincere hope is that one day my comic will actually touch someone. Like, not in an inappropriate way, a helpful way. That is, of course, unless that is what the person needs. To be touched like that. You know what, just send me an email instructing me on how to touch you. Happy Friday, Javis |

Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/hump-day/ Ah office banter, I miss you not. Isn't there a guy at every office that thinks the "hum day" thing is a little too funny? Also, isn't there a camel at every office? I know the camel at my old job was a guy and had a huge attitude problem. I didn't really mind if he got offended by such comments. Happy HumpDay! Javis |

http://legacy-control.com/comic/scape-like-a-man/ Well, the burning question you've all been asking me for a little over two years now…"What is Rabs packing under his fur?" I hope it pleases you all. He works hard on that bod of his. Now I just have decide what month to put him under for the Legacy Control Pin-up calendar. Monday until you drop! Javis |

New Comic! The Ghost of Posts Past
By myopicprophet 04-12-2013 01:54 PM

|
Please check it out:
http://legacy-control.com/comic/ghost-of-posts-past-2/ This actually did happen to me the other day. I looked back into some old Twitter private messages, and some old Facebook messages. I don't suggest anyone do it, unless you want to find out (like me) that you're actually a giant d-bag. Happy Friday, Javis |
