Tool - Ænima
 Since I'm going to be seeing tool August 1st, I thought I would revisit my favorite Tool album. I can pretty much recommend this album to everyone on this website. It's a grower, and I still like it more with every listen. Neutral Milk Hotel - In The Aeroplane Over The Sea  I've been spending too much time with this album. Supposedly, this is one of the greatest albums ever made but I don't feel it right now. Maybe in another 20 listens... Nas - Illmatic  This is becoming one of my favorite hip-hop albums. Everything is so consistent here but I absolutely love the last track. Pavement - Crooked Rain, Crooked... |

This is mostly a response to the kid who posted a blog entry of what music he purchased on iTunes. I want to share the music I have been listening to over the past few weeks.
 Pixies - Trompe Le Monde (1991) The Pixies have been my favorite band since the summer, after I initially heard Doolittle, their 1989 masterpiece, which I recommend to everyone here at CAG. This is their last album and although it is not as good as their earlier stuff, it still has its moments.  Ride - Nowhere (1990) The only song from the album that I currently have is Vapour Trail (my play count for this song is over 30), but I just finished downloading their entire album so I will be listening to this for the next month or two.  ... |

This morning, I finally beat Through The Fire And Flames. After breaking my wrist last year, I stopped playing Guitar Hero and I began to suck. A week ago, I decided to play Guitar Hero 3 because I was bored. After 5*ing almost every song on Expert, I decided to give TTFAF a try and I BEAT IT! |

Black Friday 2008 |

Overall, this has been a disappointing Black Friday so far. Most of the stuff on sale was on sale last year (I'm talking about the small stuff: games, dvds). I decided to only go to Circuit City and Best Buy today (and I was a little late too, arriving at 11:30 AM). Still, I managed to grab almost everything I wanted from those stores. Tomorrow, I plan on hitting a few other stores to grab some more stuff. Here is a list of what I bought
