Street Fighter 4 - I have not been able to take this game out of my PS3. While the online lacks many features, it is still a blast to play. If anyone on the PS3 wants to take on my E. Honda send me a challenge. =)

Street Fighter 4 SE stick - I am very surprised at the quality of the stick after hearing so many complaints online before I received mine. So far I have zero complaints and am loving it.

Killzone 2 - Popped it in just to see how pretty it is. So far just one trophy and a few online matches under my belt. I have not given it enough time at all to give it a fair shake, but from what I played so far R2 will probably still be me go to online FPS.

Star Ocean - I have only put about 4 hours in so far, but from what I have played I can already tell this is going to be a huge time sink for me. My only complaint so far would be why could SE not include the Japanese audio track!?! The voice for Edge just does not fit.

Onechanbara - Stay as far away from this game as you can. What a waste of $40. I should have taken that an applied it towards a TE Street Fighter stick.

Dead Space - After hearing Wombat rave about the game I had to pick it up, but have not dug into it yet. Same goes for the Sonic Collection.

DQV - This is going to be my go to game for winding down before I fall asleep. I loved DQIV remake and from everywhere I hear that this is better in almost everyway.

Blu ray movies - Got Amadeus on sale from amazon for $15 and have loved this movie since I watched it in the film appreciation class I took in college. Lossless audio was all I needed to hear to get me to repurchase Akira.

Here is to having enough time in March to playing all of them, because I am having a very hard time resisting MLB 08: The Show. If came in today and after hooking it up I felt it was not very balanced so I made a trip out to Best Buy to spice it up even more. After all was said and done this is what I ended up with.

After a few minutes of swaping out speakers it became.

Its a huge upgrade over my klipsch quintet 3 (which I still use for surround speakers) and old yamaha sub. I am one happy camper.

I don't understand why Cartoon Network does not do the same thing. Skip all of the horrible filler episodes and just get straight into the Shippuuden episodes. Although most people who are interested in the show download the dattebayo fansub, this is a nice step forward.

By default most 1080p TVs are not set up correctly to display a 1080p source right out of the box. This is very common on Samsung and Sony TVs, but probably on others as well. I am more familiar with Samsung models so I will walk through how to change the settings in your menu on it to get a real 1080p image on the television, but it is very similar for other TV models. Without making this small change your TV is displaying a resolution more along the lines of 950p.

On a Samsung 1080p model change to your input that has the 1080p source on it and go into the TV's main menu. From there select the picture option. Scroll down until you get to size and it will be defaulted to the 16:9 option. This needs to be changed to Just Scan (its called something different for each brand, on Sony sets it is called Full Pixel). If you swap back and forth you will be able to see the screen expand, because the 16:9 setting slightly zooms in a 1080p signal.
