I am on my vacation until the middle of July, and over the past couple days, I have been experimenting with food lying around the house. As such, I have found an excellent recipe for some pretty tasty cheese fries. I don't know how many calories are in this, and frankly, I don't give a crap. It's good eatin's, and that's all that matters.

What you need:

1 bag of fast food style frozen french fries
1 8 oz bag of shredded Taco cheese
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chiles

Throw the fries in the oven, and while they are baking, dump a bunch of the shredded taco cheese in a sauce pan. Add the desired amount of diced tomatoes with chiles, and a little of the water/juice from the can, so nothing burns or anything. You're going to need to seriously stir this stuff up so that it doesn't stick to the pan.

What you'll eventually get is a nice mixture of cheese, tomatoes, and chiles. Dump it on the fries, and you've got yourself a nice little snack or lunch. ]]> VanillaGorilla http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/blog.php?b=170
