I just watched the official video announcing the CE. You're right, it's kinda crappy. An artbook(more than likely one of those smaller sized ones that should've been free with a pre-order of it), a soundtrack CD, a DLC code, the Radnet code(that comes with most copies already) and something else I completely forgot already.

I don't even think the steelbook that you received if you pre-ordered is included in that edition.
