Agreed. Maybe this will convince him to buy the game used. Does it really matter. Unless the original poster of that code is upset. which I don't think he or she is. Its either that or a lurker.

You post a code in the open its free for all first come first serve. Your not going to spend 5 minutes trying to find out if you have the game. because in less than a minute its gone.

The only issue anybody should have is a a person not telling you they have used the code. But that's just my opinion.
