that we think was in question has been deleted by the person who made it. It really wasn't all that bad - such that I didn't feel the need to delete it when I first saw it myself. I think they misunderstood what he was saying given the context - but I could see how they might have interpreted it. In any case it is gone and I don't really want to go into the details, but it did have something to do with contacting customer service for credit when things got messed up with trade-ins.
But you guys are right, things are usually pretty clean in here - which is why it was a surprise to hear that. But apparently this means Amazon reps are watching this thread which is interesting news in and of itself
