Some of the random encounter rates must be pretty low, since I run around areas for at least a good 20-30 mins before leaving. Still missing a bunch of mon's in my pokedex.

I ended up transferring my event Lucario over and rocking the game with him. Also threw over Keldeo and Zorua for a more balanced team
