I actually have Condemned 1 PC from Retail, bought it years ago.
REALLY good game.

I wish Condemned 2 would've gotten ported to the PC.
Still would love to see that happen, actually.

To add to that list, I'd love to see Microsoft get off their XBox Horse and just port these to the PC...
Halo 3, ODST, Reach, and Halo 4;
Gears of War 2, 3, and upcoming Judgment;
and Fable 2.
