So, anyway, called K-mart...the usual sh*tty excuse for customer service commenced. I can't even get a hold of the electronics department there after 3 times. My Best Buy has a midnight opening -- not sure how successful I'll be at trying my luck there (especially after the touchpad fiasco). Maybe one of the Wal-Marts will have some around here.



I just flat out don't believe that (not you, but what the rep told you). No one is that pathetic.
