I don't own one, but I read that it has an extremely high failure rate after a very short period of time. If I owned one, I would definitely test it out for at least a few months to make sure it isn't one of those defective units. Apparently if you have a bad one, the only sure way to fix it is to send it in to Sony for repair (I believe you only have a one year manufacturer warranty). Otherwise, you may end up getting completely screwed.
