I have ordered from Origin multiple times in the past. Often your order will not show up in your history until weeks later, I also often get the shipping notice with tracking number AFTER I receive the package. Sometimes they haven't even charged my credit card until after I get the package. It's odd, but I've never had a problem getting my stuff either. Be patient.
