Tempted by the 3DSXL bundle with the $20 gift card.... not sure if this will be the best option for quite some time or not...

Sold my 3DS for $175 in the summer holding out for a 3DSXL holiday bundle.

Wish Mario Kart 7 wasn't pre-installed though..
