Those blog news sites, in a way, can be seen as parasites and all they do is aggregate news from around the internet in a cute and easily readable format. You could start a wiggyx blog here or on blogspot, showcasing your works and such. I doubt most people on the internet are going to know about the cool things you do if it is all contained on one forum thread.

It doesn't have to be that elaborate, a simple post now and again, with not many words should be fine.

Personally I think you should have your business model and plan ready before the promotion. Anyway, in the meantime, I'll enjoy the magic that comes out of your workshop.
