I picked one up and traded both the game and controller to gamestop and got a little over $56. Picked up Halo 4 since it was the deal of the day yesterday at $39.99 and took advantage of the 30% promo for trading in anything towards a new game on the promo list. So in the end I got $26 and some change for the game and $30 and some change for the controller.
