Just further proof of how tv/conference networks are driving this stuff. B1G is already playing hard ball with the DC/Baltmore and NY markets by threatening to keep UMD and Rutgers content off of the B1G network unless cable providers in those areas put it on basic cable packages which net's the conference a lot more money.
