Well yes (or I thought it was noon GMT but anyway) but when you say something is good until the 14th if it's not going to be good the whole day of the 14th local time then I think it's reasonable to specify that.

I know Valve has their whole 10AM PST thing but they do also have timers that count down.

It's not the end of the world but might have been nice to know.
