OK so an update on this group.
I successfully created an EU account, added my month of PS+, but the price for NFS:MW is showing at 30 euro. Reality posted it as 27 euro. I pmed to see what's up.
In any event I am having trouble keeping my PS3 connected online as I'm at a hotel right now, had to go to a wedding. I'm free for the weekend, but I cant get my PS3 to stay connected to the wifi for over a few minutes. I also dont even think I will be able to use my US CC as the country option in the payment details when adding it for the PS+ trial was locked. I made it Ireland if that matters at all for the pricing.
So if we do do this, its not looking as good as it once did. I don't know how Reality got it for 27 euro. The EU PS blog says its 30 euro and does not get 10% off. I would also have to paypal Reality the money in euros and with paypal's shitty conversion rate we'd be paying even more.

So at 30 euro and with paypals crappy conversion it would be approximately $40.50.
I am unsure if this still a good deal of if we might see something cheaper in the future on PSN.
So it would be $13.5 for resell and $6.75 for phantom.
