Apparently it's just from Halo 4. And it's apparently, and I use that word strongly, for anyone who has the Crimson DLC, season pass included.
So, I dunno. If I am banned from Halo 4, I'm done with Halo then, and 343 and Microsoft only have themselves to blame.
