If you mean Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, previous posts have said to call Best Buy customer support.
If the game is in stock at a Best Buy near you, you can tell them to have the cancelled order be changed to a store pickup and they will honor the Deal of the Day price ($9.99).

Lot of orders got cancelled on this game. I think the warehouse that supplied it was low and when it went out of stock, the website did not remove the ship to home option.
