Well, if the payment went through, you got your game(s), then they cancelled the order, removed your games, and didn't give you a refund, then that's ridiculous.
Having said that, I still have my doubts and I think you may be missing something since I've never had this experience with the site. All of my cancelled orders were those that I left pending. Cancelling those orders after a reasonable amount of time is definitely reasonable to me. But if this was done to an order that was placed, like what happened with my Ghost Recon order which was placed, successful, and was later cancelled and refunded, then that is definitely not acceptable.
In the end, though, I'm nearly certain that support would be more than willing to investigate the issue and resolve it.
