EDIT: I'm thinking I'm going to drop. Last season most the games that were against a CPU or the other player could not play I just simed. This season I thought I would try to play all of them. The issue is the sluggish controls and slow to respond players. I noticed it last season however thought nothing of it and really thought it was lag as I really noticed it against people I was playing. After playing season mode I noticed it was offline as well. I also noticed a pattern to it. The games that my players skate slow and just seem sluggish overall I'm going to lose. The games where they seem quick and move when they get the puck instead of standing there and the controls don't seem all that sluggish I win or have a better chance of winning. It may not be by much, but 9 out of 10 of them games I seem to win. When they play slow and the controls seem sluggish I lose every time in league or season mode.

I just played three games in the league and lost to Nashville and San Jose. Both games were slow paced on my side and the controls went to hell. Against Dallas right off the bat my players seems quick and the controls seemed to respond well. I knew then that I was going to win. Sure it was in OT and was 2-1 however I could tell just by how fast paste the game was going. Like I said earlier I have noticed this in season mode as well. The odd thing is in HUT mode all games seem the same. I have not sluggish controls and the players seem to play the way they should.
