But here's the basic rundown:

Sega agreed to purchase Relic
Koch Media (AKA Deep Silver) agreed to purchase Volition and Metro
Crytek agreed to purchase Homefront
Take 2 agreed to purchase Evolve
Ubisoft agreed to purchase Montreal and South Park
Reasonable in my eyes. Seems like the appropriate IPs went to the proper teams. Now I'll have to keep an eye out for the 'new-new' SR4 and Homefront 2.
