You should be able to use both coupons.

The manufacturer coupon isn't costing BB anything because they get reimbursed from the manufacturer for the coupon. The U&S coupon is a "'store" coupon and you can use one of each on the transaction.

I know I've used U&S and manufacturer coupons at the same time multiple times in the past, so there's no reason to think it won't work.
