How do you tell if something is first print or not?
I read on another site that none of these Best Buy steelbooks have inner artwork because they're just reprints of the Canadian Futureshop steelbooks which did have inner art.

I bought Underworld Awakening BB Exclusive Steelbook not too long ago but it has inner artwork. But, this isn't the cheapo $9.99 piece.
Maybe only if BB list them as $9.99, they won't have the inner art work?
