You could try a different Futureshop or going back on a different day. I just traded in Tekken Tag 2 today with the exact same CSR as yesterday. Funnily enough he didn't ask me for any of my personal info and just handed me a gift card both times, unlike the other employees who want personal info everytime I do a trade.
